Railriders 2013: Peanut-Free Night

The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders are hosting a peanut-free night game on July 18 against the Louisville Bats. According to the team's website, "On Peanut Free Night, the entire stadium will be power-washed and cleaned from top to bottom in an effort to remove all peanut dust from PNC Field. The concessions stands will not sell any food items containing peanuts so our fans with peanut allergies can enjoy a game."

Tickets will be available in late March and may be purchased online.

  1. What a wonderful site. Unfortunately, due to the high winds in our town, our ball park can't do peanut free areas. BUT.. a local law firm donated a box seat once and a few kids were able to enjoy their first ever baseball game.

You are providing great information to people living with food allergies. Keep up the good work.
