Phillies 2026 Peanut Reduced Suites

The Phillies announced four dates when "peanut reduced" suites will be available to fans with peanut allergy. Those dates are March 28, March 31, April 11, and May 24. The Phillies explain that for those games they "are offering one Peanut Reduced Suite that will limit exposure to peanut fragments." A waiver must be signed and tickets are $115 each. Group size maxes out at four, so if you have a large family, it is unclear what your options might be. Louisville Bat's Peanut Allergy Awareness Night 2026

If you are making summer vacation plans, why not take in The Louisville Bats' Peanut Allergy Awareness night game on Tuesday July 28, 2026? The Bats will play against Indianapolis and the game starts at 6:35PM. Tickets for this game may be purchased online. No peanuts will be served or sold at this game.

Peanut-Free Game 2025: Wisconsin Timber Rattlers

The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers have scheduled their 2025 Peanut-Free Game on Tuesday, July 29. It is listed here in their list of 2025 promotional theme nights.

The Timber Rattlers have been holding peanut-free games annually for many years, presumably longer than this blog has been in existence, as you may notice we shared a post about the peanut-free game in Appleton, WI, way back 2009!

Peanut Free Suite at South Bend Cubs May 7 2023 Game

Continuing the annual tradition, the South Bend Cubs are offering seating in a peanut free suite on May 7, 2023. They are playing the Cedar Rapids Kernels. Red Sox Offer 5 Peanut Allergy Friendly Games in 2023

The Boston Red Sox have five games with peanut allergy friendly seating this year. Tickets may be purchased on the Red Sox website. If you have specific questions, please email peanutallergy@redsox.com. 

As a local, I want to note that it is possible--and many people with peanut allergy do this!--to attend a Red Sox game and sit it regular seats, in an ordinary section. The great majority of people with peanut allergy are able to do this safely. Ask your allergist!

2023 Peanut Free Night Birmingham Beavers vs Eastside Diamond Hoppers

A peanut free nut is schedule for the August 16, 2023 game between the Birmingham Beavers and Eastside Diamond Hoppers. For more information, visit the United Shore Professional Baseball League site. No peanut containing products will be sold at this game.

West Michigan Whitecaps peanut-free games 2022

The West Michigan Whitecaps are continuing their annual tradition, scheduling two peanut-free games this season: May 24 at 6:35pm and May 25 at 11:00am. To order tickets, visit the Whitecaps' promotion page

Peanut Free Day for Richmond Flying Squirrels 2022

 

April 26--just one week from today!--is "Peanut Free Day" for the Richmond Flying Squirrels. According to the Squirrels' website, "No peanuts will be in the ballpark on this day. *While reasonable efforts will be made to restrict peanut products including performing additional cleaning in advance, we cannot guarantee the absence of peanut particles and residue. Fans with peanut allergies should take all precautions that they customarily take in public places with potential exposure."

Peanut Controlled Zone Oakland A's 2022

In my never-ending annual springtime search for peanut (and other food) allergy accommodations at baseball games, I noticed the Oakland A's web page regarding a peanut controlled zone at Oakland Stadium. No specific dates are given which seems to suggest a small number of seats may be available at all home games. That's a lot of games! Additional information is available on the A's peanut controlled zone web page and tickets may be purchased after you've completed the waiver provided there.

Toronto Blue Jays Peanut/Nut Reduced Dates 2022

A big thanks goes out to long-time food allergy friend Debbie Bruce for sharing this news. The Toronto Blue Jays have scheduled 15 dates with seating zone for those with peanut/nut allergies. I believe they have the most out of all the major league teams so far this season. All the information and details are on their website, including the requisite waiver.

Wow! The news about peanut allergy accommodations at baseball games this summer is coming in almost daily now!

Just received an email from the wonderful Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy Association of Minnesota with news of several peanut-controlled games with the Minnesota Twins. My goal is to help spread the word so families and individuals in search of accommodations for fans with peanut allergies will be aware of these opportunities. Maybe you live nearby or are planning a vacation! Rather than paraphrase AFAA's flyer and website, I am sharing a screenshot of the most important info and the links to AFAA's page about the Twins' peanut-controlled games. (To best view the screenshot, click on it to zoom!) Also, I am sharing the link to AFAA's flyer and order form for those tickets.

Spotted an article about the Nashville Sounds and their upcoming games; peanut-free night is June 8. That is S-O-O-N! The Nashville Sounds are partnering with Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center and the entire ballpark will be "peanut-free" that night. Glad to see this tradition returning.

Finally! Some news about a baseball game with accommodations for fans with peanut allergy. While you can attend games without special accommodations for peanut allergy--we have and it was super!--it's also nice that there are games with accommodations for peanut allergy. It really can set your mind at ease so you can enjoy the game more, especially if you have wee ones who are always putting their fingers in their mouths. I remember those days!

Thanks to the Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy Association of Minnesota for keeping me in the loop year. The tickets are $22 for their peanut-controlled game and it is happening SOON--June 15! Rather than paraphrase the info from AAFA, here is the link to their flyer and AAFA's web page about the game.

Peanut Allergy Friendly Baseball 2020: Charleston RiverDogs Peanut Free NIght

Charleston Allergy and Asthma and the RiverDogs are offering a peanut free night again this season. The date is July 29. Tickets may be purchased on the RiverDogs website. The RiverDogs powerwash the stadium in preparation for this game.

Peanut Allergy Friendly Baseball 2020: Kane County Cougars Peanut Free Nights

The Kane County Cougars will have two peanut free night games this season. The Cougars are an affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. The dates are Monday, May 4, 2020 and Monday, August 11, 2020. To purchase tickets, visit the Cougar's website.No peanut products will be sold during these games.

The Richmond Flying Squirrels have announced their peanut-free game for the season. The game is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 6:35 pm. Per the Squirrels' webpage, "While reasonable efforts will be made to restrict peanut products including performing additional cleaning in advance, we cannot guarantee the absence of peanut particles and residue. Fans with peanut allergies should take all precautions that they customarily take in public places with potential exposure." Tickets go on sale March 7, 2020.
