Tickets are $10.00 and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the FAAN Walk for Food Allergy: Moving Toward a Cure in Long Branch, on Saturday, September 11, 2010.

The game against the Greensboro Grasshoppers will begin at 1:05 p.m.  Fans are advised to arrive early as this will also be “Kids Expo and Zoo Claws Day,” which will feature music, fun, games, and more.  This day is also Kids Character Sunday and Kids Eat Free Sunday.  Mr. RAY, a children’s singer/songwriter will perform during the seventh- inning stretch and will throw out the first pitch.

Seattle Mariners Offer 4 Peanut Allergy Friendly Games in 2010

From our friend, Michael San Soucie, in Washington state:

"...tickets for our Peanut Controlled games are on sale now at www.mariners.com/nopeanuts.  The Mariners have been making some exciting moves this offseason and bring a lot of new players to spring training this year.  Cliff Lee, Chone Figgins, Casey Kotchman, Brandon League, Milton Bradley, and Eric Byrnes are all new faces that should make the Mariners very competitive this year.  It should be exciting and fun!  Not only that, but the Mariners have given us some pretty darn good games this season.

Sunday, May 2nd vs. Texas Rangers @ 1:10pm - a day game for those with younger kids, it is also Little League Day and all kids 14 & under get a free player poster upon entering the stadium.  Plus I hope to provide more details soon about how your little leaguer can walk down on the field prior to the game if you feel safe doing this.

Friday, June 4th vs. Los Angeles Angels @ 7:10pm - this game is going to be packed and lots of fun!  Not only is it a Friday night game against our main division rival, but it is also Felix Hernandez Train Night - the first 20,000 fans entering the ballpark receive a train car with the likeness of King Felix on it.  This train car night has been one of the more popular giveaway nights the last few years for the Mariners.

Wednesday, July 21st vs. Chicago White Sox @ 7:10pm - Kids are out of school, weather should be nice since it will be after the 4th of July, so come on out and enjoy a night at the ballpark on Family Pack Night.

Tuesday, August 10th vs. Oakland A's @ 7:10pm - Another great game against another division opponent.  At this time during the upcoming season, the Mariners should be attempting to pull away from the rest of their division and increasing their lead in the American League West.  Come cheer them on as they shoot to make the playoffs in 2010.

Hope to see a great turnout at all these games to show the Mariners how much we appreciate their efforts in providing this opportunity to watch Major League Baseball in a bit of a safer and more comfortable environment.  GO M'S!"

Thank you, Michael!
